1. Who We Are

Trigemeo ("we", "our", "us") is an independent game and app development studio.

• iOS / Apple App Store: Apps are published by Alexandr Ivanov (individual developer), based in São Vicente, Madeira, Portugal.
• Android / Google Play: Apps are published and operated by Freebird s.r.o. (IČO: 27942350), registered at Bezručova 592, 273 45 Hřebeč, Czech Republic, under a license agreement with the IP owner.

The Trigemeo brand, all intellectual property, game code, artwork, and the domain trigemeo.com are owned by Alexandr Ivanov.

2. What Data We Collect

Our data practices depend on the specific app and features you use. Below is a transparent breakdown:

2.1. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect or request:

• Your real name, home address, or phone number.
• Location data or GPS coordinates.
• Contact lists, photos, or media files from your device.
• Health, financial, or biometric data.

2.2. Data Collected Automatically (Technical & Diagnostics)

To maintain app quality and fix crashes, our apps may collect:

• Device model, operating system version, and system language.
• Crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic data.
• App performance metrics (launch time, screen render speed).

This data is collected through industry-standard tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics) and cannot be used to personally identify you.

2.3. Gameplay & Usage Data

• Game progress, scores, and achievements are stored locally on your device.
• If you use Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, your gameplay data (leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer sessions) is processed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.
• We may collect anonymized usage analytics (screens visited, session duration, feature usage) to improve our apps. This data is aggregated and cannot identify individual users.

2.4. Subscription & Purchase Data

If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features:

• All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do NOT receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial information.
• We receive only a transaction confirmation (product ID, purchase date, validity status) to unlock premium features.

2.5. Advertising Data (In Applicable Apps)

Some of our free apps may display advertisements through third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). These services may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android).
• General ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).

On iOS 14.5+, you will be asked for explicit permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any ad-related tracking occurs. You can opt out at any time through your device settings.

Apps that do NOT contain advertising will NOT collect any advertising identifiers. Each app's specific data practices are disclosed in the App Store Privacy Labels and Google Play Data Safety section.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data exclusively for:

• Fixing crashes and improving app stability.
• Understanding general usage patterns to improve features and user experience.
• Delivering and validating in-app purchases and subscriptions.
• Displaying advertisements (in applicable free apps only).

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Use your data for user profiling or cross-app tracking.
• Share your data with data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

We only integrate services that are compliant with GDPR and relevant data protection regulations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local data: Game progress and settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all local data.
• Platform data: Data synced through Game Center or Google Play Games can be managed through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
• Analytics data: Crash logs and anonymized analytics are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically purged.

6. Children's Privacy

Our apps are generally designed for audiences aged 13 and older. We comply with:

• The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
• The EU General Data Protection Regulation provisions for minors (GDPR-K, Article 8).

We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16, where applicable under local EU member state law). If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided data to us should contact us at privacy@trigemeo.com.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction: Request that we limit how we process your data.
• Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to data processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (e.g., by Firebase/Google in the United States). Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
